Equipment Introduction
The Flexible Socket Fully Automatic Crimping Equipment (Model UNMAC-JAMC-FBVS-2.2) employs product orientation recognition technology, enabling multi-purpose use and flexible changeover between different socket specifications. Unlike traditional single-function machines that require changing complex components such as vibratory feeders, this equipment features a streamlined and efficient structure that reduces operating and maintenance costs and facilitates diversified production.
Description:
Socket contacts are fed one by one from the vibratory bowl feeder into the product orientation recognition mechanism, which corrects the feeding direction of each part. After orientation, the parts are transferred by the discharge station mechanism into the socket holding fixtures on the rotary indexing table. The parts then sequentially pass through the "slot direction recognition station" and the "servo crimping station," finally reaching the "unloading station" where the crimping process is completed. A discharge manipulator then removes the crimped sockets from the rotary table and drops them into the finished product container.
