Its streamlined and efficient structure reduces operating and maintenance costs, while the precision high‑speed vision system ensures high inspection accuracy and speed. It is used for anti‑mix selection, classification of mixed plated parts, and product dimensional inspection – for example, sorting mixed‑plated pin/socket parts and inspecting the machined dimensions of pin/socket contacts.
Equipment Features
Suitable for inspecting a wide range of pin and socket contacts, offering high dimensional accuracy and fast production speed. No mechanical changeover is required when switching between product specifications.
1. Multi‑purpose use: Various pin/socket part specifications can be inspected on this equipment. Model switching is done via the vision computer, and the vibratory feeding system only needs minor adjustments – no parts replacement required. The streamlined structure lowers O&M costs and enables flexible diversified production.
2. A high‑precision CCD camera is installed at the inspection station. Part dimensions can be displayed and adjusted on the operating system interface. High accuracy is achieved; the high‑precision static inspection model can detect dimensional accuracy up to 0.01 mm.
3. Fully automatic feeding; simplified structure with low failure rate, high production efficiency, stable performance, and fast speed.
4. Equipped with alarm and message guidance functions for preventive maintenance. Changeover is simple and quick – just recall the new product model on the operating system. Suitable for multi‑specification production.
5. High‑speed vision sorter for mixed pin/socket parts, suitable for anti‑mix selection, sorting of mixed‑plated materials, and dimensional inspection (to be specified upon ordering) – e.g., sorting of mixed‑plated pin/socket parts and inspecting machined dimensions of pin/socket contacts.
6. Optional flexible feeding station expands the range of applicable parts, enabling handling of special‑shaped products such as bent pins. Changeover is even simpler – just update the model on the computer.
