Equipment Introduction
The Semi-Automatic Crimping Equipment (Model UNMAC-SA-CTM) features an innovative product orientation recognition technology, enabling multi-purpose use and flexible changeover between different socket specifications. Its streamlined and efficient structure reduces operating and maintenance costs and facilitates diversified production.
Description:
Operators manually place socket contacts one by one into the loading position. After startup, the rotary indexing table sequentially transfers the sockets through the "slot direction recognition station" and the "servo crimping station," finally reaching the "unloading station" to complete the crimping process. A discharge manipulator then removes the crimped sockets from the rotary table and drops them into the finished product container.
Crimping speed: 4–5 seconds per piece (excluding the influence of manual loading speed).
This equipment is designed for semi-automatic crimping of two-piece sockets. (Standard configuration includes one pair of crimping dies and one positioning tongue for one product model; additional fixtures for other specifications are available for purchase.)
One operator is required to manually place sockets one by one. After each piece is loaded, the next loading position automatically rotates to the operator, allowing continuous loading while seated.
Workflow: Manual loading of sockets → Automatic slot direction recognition → Automatic crimping → Automatic unloading.
