Product Introduction
After extensive testing, we have independently developed and launched an online wireless control and communication system for rotors, rotating bodies, and rotating mechanisms. The system consists of a stationary-end circuit system and a moving-end circuit system. It can transmit control instructions to the moving-end mechanism in real time via wireless means. The moving-end circuit system executes the instructions and transmits the collected signals from the moving-end mechanism back to the stationary-end circuit system in real time. The moving-end system is independently encapsulated and requires no external power supply or batteries. It features high electromagnetic interference resistance and environmental tolerance, truly freeing users from the constraints of wiring and power supply issues, and is maintenance‑free throughout its service life.
The stationary‑end system interface adopts standard open communication interfaces, facilitating integration and networking with PLCs, host computers, and other systems. It can also form a control system with multiple sub‑stations for centralized network control. The entire system has undergone specialized design and strict quality control, making it suitable for harsh environments including humidity, salt spray, corrosive conditions, and strong electromagnetic radiation.
The system is ideal for real‑time status measurement and wireless control of rotating mechanisms such as rotary kilns, leather tumbling drums, and generator rotors. It eliminates the constraints of wiring and backup batteries, making it highly suitable for wireless control and signal detection/transmission of both dynamic and static mechanisms. Without the lifespan limitations of traditional electrical slip rings or the need for periodic battery replacement, the system enables more stable and durable detection and control, with easier operation. The circuit module on the rotor/rotating body/moving end requires no independent external power supply or battery power, eliminating concerns about external power or regular battery replacement during use. It is maintenance‑free throughout its life, enabling more accurate and timely data reading and transmission. This not only saves maintenance time and costs but also simplifies your equipment structure and facilitates operation.

Online detection systems for rotor temperature, current, and voltage; online detection systems for generator rotor temperature/current/voltage; online status detection systems for turbine rotors; online status detection systems for wind turbine rotor temperature/current/voltage.
Rotary kiln temperature online detection systems, supporting Modbus protocol RS485 communication interface. The system's key advantage is that both signal and power transmission are entirely contactless and wireless, ensuring stability and reliability, and preventing equipment failures that can occur with contact transmission during prolonged rotation of the drum.
Wireless communication control and data acquisition for valves on leather tumbling drums (temperature, valve position signals). Power and PLC control signals (e.g., door open/close, drain valve open/close) are transmitted wirelessly to the control board mounted on the drum. This enables contactless, slip‑ring‑free control of the solenoid valves for the drum's loading door and drain valve. Simultaneously, feedback signals (door open/closed, valve position) are transmitted wirelessly back to the PLC control system.
