    Operation Guide

    Operators manually pour pin/socket parts into the vibratory bowl feeder. After startup, the parts pass through orientation recognition and direction adjustment, then enter the rotary indexing table. The table sequentially transfers them to the “loading station,” “annealing station,” and finally the “unloading station” to complete the annealing process. This equipment is designed for annealing the tail ends of pin/socket parts (standard configuration includes tooling for one product model; additional fixtures for other specifications are available for purchase).

    Operators only need to load the parts into the vibratory feeder in batches – the entire subsequent process runs automatically without manual supervision.

    Workflow: Batch loading of parts → Automatic arrangement, recognition, and direction adjustment → Automatic annealing → Automatic unloading.
