- The product fixture mounting platform is a three-axis manual positioning stage with X, Y, and angular rotation adjustment, allowing precise manual positioning of the product fixture to ensure accurate alignment between the pad printing pattern and the insulator holes.
- System operating parameters can be set via the touchscreen interface. The printing head height can be quickly adjusted through the adjustment holes on the front panel, enabling rapid changeover for insulators of different heights.
- The top cover is easily openable for quick ink refilling and pad printing plate replacement.
