The multispectral mode uses multi‑band illumination to detect even faint color variations, ensuring stable detection and classification—even in cases where coating differences are extremely minimal. For example, during the sorting of mixed‑plated pin‑hole components, the system can distinguish size discrepancies as small as 0.02 mm and, via an air‑blowing sorting mechanism, precisely separate products of different materials into their respective collection bins, thereby eliminating the risk of material contamination.
