II. Fully Automatic Van Truck Loading System
To address the difficulties of loading and unloading cargo inside van trucks and containers—such as labor intensity, low efficiency, and high manpower requirements—we provide a fully automatic, high-efficiency automated loading and unloading system. This equipment is suitable for automated distribution centers, warehouses, and other environments that require automated loading and unloading of boxed goods into and out of van trucks and containers.
The system features automatic feeding, with optional feeding methods including belt conveyor feeding or pallet feeding with a material dispensing station. For pallet-fed systems, users place material pallets at the feeding station, and the equipment automatically transfers boxes from the pallet into the truck. The handling mechanism automatically adapts to different truck lengths. At the top of the equipment and inside the truck, an automatic arranging and positioning mechanism is installed to neatly stack boxes layer by layer.
The unloading process is the reverse of loading and is fully automated.
The system is equipped with a fully automatic control system and detection means, capable of automatically identifying and measuring the truck's interior dimensions. Based on the box dimensions, the system autonomously plans the stacking path and sequence. The fully automatic control system, combined with the adaptable handling mechanism, automatically adjusts the mechanism and transport distance according to different truck sizes and stacking requirements.
III. Electronic Systems Products
1. PVDC Solid-State Sealing System – Built with reliable and stable integrated circuits and semiconductor devices, this system is designed for film sealing and welding in ham sausage packaging. Compared with outdated electron tube devices, it offers several times longer service life, greater stability, and lower power consumption, helping users save on consumable procurement and maintenance costs while improving production efficiency.
2. High-Precision Dynamic Weighing Automatic Weight Correction System – Constructed with large-scale integrated circuits, this system is equipped with a production management system that can issue production tasks to terminals in real time and collect live production data. Suitable for precise quantitative filling of ham sausages, the system achieves an accuracy of up to 0.01 g and can be networked. It is ideal for applications requiring automatic product weight detection and real‑time feedback for production weight correction.
3. Automatic Weighing, Sorting, and Quality Inspection Equipment – Used for applications where product quality is determined or products are sorted by weight, such as automatic weighing and sorting systems for fasteners and food packaging.
4. Full Wireless Power and Communication Control System – Energy and control signals are transmitted wirelessly between the main and auxiliary circuit boards, eliminating the need for slip rings or physical contact. This extends service life and enables operation in harsh environments. The system achieves complete wireless transmission, freeing users from cable constraints. It is suitable for dynamic and static mechanisms requiring wireless control and signal detection/transmission, offering more stable, durable, and easy‑to‑use detection and control. Applications include rotor condition monitoring for large wind turbines, status detection and control of rotating components in engines and generators, and control and monitoring of valves and doors in leather tanning drums—ideal for non‑contact detection and control of physical conditions such as temperature, voltage, and current on rotating objects, and for controlling structural movements on rotating bodies.
5. Single‑Power Bus Communication System – With only two DC power lines, this system combines power supply and communication, transmitting both power and data signals simultaneously to remote systems over the same line. It reduces wiring and cable usage, making it suitable for applications with special wiring requirements.
